Madison Schultz

Madison Schultz is driven by creating communities where people feel empowered to pursue their passions. She is a Licensed Professional Engineer who has spent over 17 years in the building sciences industry working at some of the premiere architectural and engineering firms in Oklahoma City. She earned her AS in Pre-Engineering from Oklahoma City Community College and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. She is the ASHRAE Region VIII DEI Chair, voting member of the ASHRAE Planning Committee also serving as their Innovation & Implementation Sub-Committee Co-Chair, Secretary of ASHRAE TC 9.1 (Large Building Air-Conditioning Systems), and Consultant to the ASHRAE YEA Committee. She is a Director on the Board at HeartLine, a nonprofit that answers calls to 2-1-1 and the National Suicide Prevention Hotline. She spends much of her time volunteering and generating excitement in pursuing engineering as a career and is passionate about energy efficient design, design sustainability, and the future of engineering. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, quilting, crocheting, knitting, and curling up with a good book. She was inducted into the Oklahoma City Community College Hall of Fame in 2015, is a graduate of Leadership OKC's LOYAL Class XII, and has received the Chapter Service Award, Developing Leader Award, and Distinguished Service Award from ASHRAE.
