St Mary's Regional Hospital

This 277-bed hospital was purchased in 1994 by Mercy Health System. The new owners hired ADG to remove the exterior and repair extensive surface leaks and cracks. ADG then prepared a facility master plan for the entire five-story structure. The first and second phases renovated the Rehab Department, relocated the skilled nursing unit, and remodeled a patient wing to serve as a birthing center.
