Oklahoma City, March, 2018 — ADG, PC, an Oklahoma City-based design, planning and program management services firm, has promoted one staff member and hired two.
Scott Sanders, PE, NCEES, CGD has been promoted to Director of Building Systems Engineering. He has served ADG as Senior Mechanical Engineer for four years. He is a licensed mechanical engineer with 25 years of experience and holds a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Oklahoma State University. Sanders’ most notable projects with ADG include the University of Oklahoma Residential Colleges in Norman, NorthCare Adult Services Center in Oklahoma City, and the AC Marriott and Hyatt Place hotels in the Bricktown district of Oklahoma City. His expertise as a certified GeoExchange Designer and experience managing HVAC projects for a multitude of clients and facilities serves him well in his new position.
ADG has hired Kasha Egan, PE, SE as the new Deputy Director for Program Management. Her diverse background in architectural, civil and structural engineering gives her a diverse range of experience in objective observation of ongoing projects and the awareness needed to direct program management projects. She is already serving the Norman Forward city-wide improvement program, the Oklahoma City MAPS 3 city-wide improvement program and the city facility assessment project in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Ms. Egan is a registered structural engineer and holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with Structural Concentration degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma.
The Program Management team has also added Jim Martin as program manager. He has 47 years of experience in project and program management. His expertise spans the public and private sectors with particular focus on complex and technology-intensive programs. His past direct responsibilities with client and project due-diligence, capital program analysis, specific opportunity identification, establishment
of multi-firm execution teams and client-relationship maintenance will make him an asset to the team. He holds a Bachelor of University Studies degree with an emphasis in electrical/electronic engineering from Middle Tennessee State University.
