Mr. Wilson, the President of ADG,  has focused on leading the front on project design and management for over 40 years, has been a pillar of ADG’s growth and success. His tenure with ADG spans more than 30 years. Under his direction, the firm has developed a reputation for consistently providing quality design and program management services on a wide range of projects, including hospitals, apartments and government facilities. In addition, under Mr. Wilson’s direction the firm has seen unparalleled growth including fields of engineering and urban planning. He has guided the firm’s growth into several market sectors, including: healthcare, K-12 education, corporate offices, higher education, municipal projects and multifamily housing.

    Mr. Wilson’s ability to foster and building lasting relationships with clients, consultants and contractors has allowed the firm to grow beyond the boundaries of Oklahoma to include work in 29 states—from Georgia to Alaska. Through his management expertise, he has guided the firm through the design and construction of such noteworthy projects as the Dean A. McGee Eye Institute, the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, Wagner Hall at the University of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma City Police Headquarters and Courts Complex.


    Principal + Director of Design

    Mr. Dedmon, a firm partner at ADG, has led the design team for the past 19 years and has more than 30 years of design experience. His communication style is open and collaborative inviting clients into the planning and design process, creating a welcoming forum for the open dialogue needed for the creative process. He believes the best architecture is based on acquiring knowledge of each client’s needs for a successful development that can maximize their facility goals, allowing the project to be flexible as needs change.

    He emphasizes conformance to clients’ budgets, schedules and building efficiencies from the earliest design stages through the completion of construction.

    Mr. Dedmon joined ADG in 1994 and has had direct responsibility for the development of more than 150 building projects and master planning efforts representing a construction value in excess of $1 billion.


    Principal + Project Manager

    Mr. Witcher, a firm partner, has a wide range of experience, having been involved in nearly every project type and nearly every aspect of architectural practice during his 23 years of experience. His portfolio includes housing, healthcare, senior living, ecclesiastical and education projects. As project manager, he is responsible for coordinating work within the project team and making sure that project goals are achieved. His strong leadership and organizational skills are the key to many of ADG’s most successful projects.

    Mr. Witcher’s recent project experience includes two new hotels, the AC Marriott Bricktown and the Hyatt Place Bricktown, as well as LIFT Apartments and LEVEL Urban Apartments. A recent high-profile project was the new sanctuary at St. Eugene’s Catholic Church. With 30+ years in the design and construction industry, he has been a licensed architect since 1996 and is a principal of ADG.


    Director of Program Management & Construction Services

    Mr. Mize joined ADG in 2007 to provide construction administration and owner’s representation services to a variety of clients. As a construction project manager and superintendent, Mr. Mize has supervised projects ranging from high-rise office buildings to hotels, golf resorts, medical facilities for the Cleveland Clinic, a 3,000-bed detention facility, parking structures and industrial production facilities.

    Prior to joining ADG, he had previously provided owner’s representative services including a portfolio of multiple properties comprised of high-rise office buildings, medical office, high-end retail and residential mixed-use facilities in six states valued at over $800 million dollars.

    Mr. Mize has 30 years of experience providing management, development, sales and sales management services to the construction, real estate and software industries.


    Principal + Project Manager

    Mr. Matthews has served on staff for over 22 years in various positions and under his current role as Project Manager has led his team on numerous projects, ranging from master plans and conceptual studies, to renovations and new construction. His management style is marked by timely and honest communication with everyone involved in a project. He works hard to gain the trust of his clients, which allows both our team and the client to navigate the challenges and opportunities that each project affords.

    Mr. Matthews’ strengths include his persistence and attention to detail; a talent for managing large teams of architects, interior designers and engineering consultants; and his focus on getting the most out of each project for his clients. Above all, he brings the same commitment to open communication, efficient management and creative design solutions to all of his projects.

  • Betsy Guthrie-Brunsteter

    Principal + Project Manager

    Ms. Brunsteter is a firm principal and brings over 30 years of experience to the firm’s capabilities. With over 10 years experience with ADG, she has worked on a large variety of healthcare and technically complex facilities, functions and construction situations. Her responsibilities have included: project programming, planning, executing contract documents, specifications and construction administration.

    She holds architectural degrees from the University of Oklahoma, is a registered architect and a member of the American College of Healthcare Architects. Her accreditation from the US Green Building Council and the Congress for New Urbanism point to her passion for growing our communities in a sustainable way that encourages walkability.

    Ms. Brunsteter’s strengths include working with clients throughout the planning and design process to ensure that projects are in line with operational needs. Because of her work on the Oklahoma City Planning Commission, Urban Design Commission and the Downtown Design Review Committee, she often takes the role of liaison in project regulatory review processes.



    Principal, Director of Civil Engineering

    Mr. Cotton serves as Director of Civil Engineering as well as Project Manager on select projects. He oversees the design and review of civil engineering systems for projects both large and small. Mr. Cotton has provided civil engineering services to multi-disciplinary design teams for 20 years and has a diverse background of experience. Previous project experience includes preparation of detailed three-dimensional site and utility models as necessary to fully coordinate site improvement activities with other disciplines and over-arching project goals. Mr. Cotton has an extensive background in site planning, grading design, earthwork analysis, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, public and private utility design, as well as paving/hardscape design and documentation.


    Principal, Project Manager

    Ms. Feria is a skilled project manager in all aspects of the design process relying on her highly organized attention to detail and diverse project experience. Her thorough management skills are a result of over 15 years of experience in creating construction documents, reviewing code requirements and documenting design decisions throughout the life of a project. Her project experience includes schools, apartments, parking garages, hospitals and churches. Ms. Feria’s bilingual skills have been instrumental in gathering feedback from client stakeholder groups and communicating design implications so that projects may reflect rich and diverse cultures and communities.


    Director of Building Systems Engineering

    Mr. Sanders brings to ADG a depth of knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering with emphasis on the design of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. He has experience overseeing mechanical design projects and is a registered professional engineer. He is a certified GeoExchange Designer and has recently provided the geothermal field design for the School of Veterinary Medicine Addition at Oklahoma State University.

    He also has experience with the design and project management of HVAC projects for a multitude of clients and facilities, including: Fairmont State University and West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.

    Mr. Sanders has a thorough understanding of mechanical projects and has been responsible for complete project oversight, including marketing, fee negotiations, document production, administration and closeout.


    Director of Urban Planning

    Mr. Kirkpatrick has nearly 15 years of experience in urban planning and community building efforts. His intense passion for urban cores and neighborhood nodes of all shapes and sizes makes him an incredible Director of Urban Planning. He has developed expertise in walkability, transit and parking as well as creative uses of GIS. Possessing both the abilities to plan and to execute, Mr. Kirkpatrick brings his strong community connections formed while working for the City of Oklahoma City to ADG, having managed one of the nation’s most complex Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) at Downtown OKC, Inc..

    Known for his strategic thinking and ability to bring structure to fledgling efforts, Mr. Kirkpatrick is the current chair of the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and was the organizer of a recent effort to spread best practices in development by helping 25 Oklahoma professionals to earn Congress for the New Urbanism-Accredited (CNU-A).


    Electrical Engineer

    Mr. Nickel is responsible for designing electrical systems that meet appropriate standards to achieve client goals. He has experience managing all aspects of project design to make certain that the project remains in budget and on schedule. He works closely with clients, utility companies, manufacturers and electrical contractors so that each party has the necessary resources to complete the project on schedule while also meeting customer and United States National Electric Code (NEC) design standards.

    Mr. Nickel creates clear scopes of work for clients, detailing specific instructions for installation. He visits job sites to gather data, evaluate electrical systems and equipment, assess any code violations or bad practices, determine appropriate solutions to engineering needs, test instrumentation and assess project progress. He is proficient in AutoCAD, SKM software and Luxicon.


    Civil Engineer

    Mr. Morris has been in the civil engineering field since 1993, working in many aspects from drafting to professional design experience on projects such as; roadway infrastructure, including both rural and urban collector and arterial roadways; water and sewer infrastructure; private development, including commercial and large residential master plans up to 640-acres; and Naval Facilities Engineering Command and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects. Since completing his BS in 2002, Mr. Morris has had the opportunity to work as both a project engineer and project manager on many projects, serving both private and public clients.


    Architect, Construction Specifier

    Mr. Rulon’s responsibilities include producing detailed specifications for the projects the ADG team designs. His expertise in specifying and researching materials and methods of construction is an invaluable asset to the firm and its ability to stay on top of the most current advances in building techniques, technologies and construction delivery methods. His experience includes several roofing projects for educational, healthcare, housing and senior living projects.

    Mr. Rulon holds degrees in architecture from Washington University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been a licensed architect for 34 years. He is sought out for his advice on some of the firm’s most complex construction details and for helping optimize building performance via the use of just the right materials, hardware or building systems.



    Senior Electrical Engineer

    Mr. McNutt is a senior electrical engineer at ADG. His career is marked by diversity in project experience spanning between government, housing, research and education projects. He has significant proficiency in the design of computing, communications and other electronics intensive facilities. These projects typically feature redundant mechanical and electrical systems, high computer load density and communications infrastructure and systems making them as complex as they are valuable.

    Mr. McNutt is a registered professional engineer and has held leadership roles in energy and environmental design as a LEED Accredited Professional. He is also a registered communications distribution designer. Mr. McNutt is currently working on the renovation of the historic First National Center in downtown Oklahoma City.

  • Brandy Knudson

    Electrical Engineering Intern

    Ms. Knudson is an electrical engineering intern with 8 years combined construction and industrial experience, who thrives in a challenging work environment. Ms. Knudson has demonstrated strong interpersonal skills while working with other disciplines, clients, contractors, equipment suppliers and manufacturers. Experienced in engineering, manufacturing and construction ranging from electrical engineering design to lean manufacturing, she brings varied knowledge to each project.

  • Brandon Kolar

    Mechanical Engineering Intern

    Mr. Kolar has provided engineering services to multi-disciplinary teams for over five
    years. He possesses an extensive background in mechanical engineering specializing
    in design, fluid flow modeling/calculations, thermodynamics and heat transfer. He has
    been responsible for the design of multiple layouts for commercial heating, ventilation and
    air-conditioning systems. Mr. Kolar also possesses sincere strengths in team leadership,
    business development, technical communication and understanding client needs.


    Assoc. AIA

    Mr. Hines has been an integral member of the design department since joining ADG in 2003. He brings over 15 years of experience anchored by both a technical and artistic background. His ability to integrate these seemingly opposing perspectives is invaluable to the design process. His strong technical knowledge helps form design decisions at the front-end of a project’s design and provides value to every building across various complexities and budgetary demands.

    He has a deep passion for designing projects that reinforce client visions and goals, and that improve the quality of the environment in which we live, work and play.



    Mr. Patel is a talented designer who joined ADG in 1997 and has over 25 years of experience in building design. He has worked on projects that require a high level of design due to their complexity. His experience has covered a broad range of architectural projects including: hospitals, office buildings, parking structures, schools, apartments, retirement facilities, churches and warehouses.

    He is currently responsible for coordinating construction documents, project details, design issues, code requirements and project revisions throughout the life of a project. He also performs construction administration including: field observation and materials review and approval.

    Mr. Patel has a broad knowledge of many building types, especially healthcare facilities and office buildings. Recent projects have included the Dean McGee Eye Institute, Level Urban Apartments and the Balon Corporation offices and warehouses.

  • Chad Mitchell

    Senior Project Architect

    Mr. Mitchell is an accomplished project architect who has worked on projects ranging in all phases of design and construction. As an efficient and responsive team leader, he is recognized for providing his clients with sound judgment and creative solutions. He has extensive experience with challenging projects and excels at navigating building code issues. Mr. Mitchell is dedicated to design excellence and has a passion for making positive impacts on communities.

  • Keith Holman


    Mr. Holman excels at working with clients to provide quality design and service while remaining committed to community and the environment. He is a multi-faceted architect and project manager who is extremely organized in the execution and coordination of the projects he manages. He provides an integrated approach to the design process which often results in savings to the client – in both project budget and schedule. Mr. Holman is a gifted designer adept at architectural visualization, helping each client to understand that “seeing is believing” early in the design process.


    Director of Finance and Administration

    Ms. Christensen has been dedicated to ADG since 1989. She is responsible for all business operations of the firm as well as employee relations and human resources. She continually evaluates project budgets and schedules to see that the client’s money is spent wisely within the firm’s operations. Her primary responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, job cost accounting, payroll, insurance and contracts. She has a vast knowledge of all accounting, contractual matters, budgets and cost schedules within ADG. Ms. Christensen serves as ADG’s corporate Secretary and Treasurer.


    Director of Technology

    Mr. Myers has been with ADG over 14 years and is the firm’s Director of Technology. He is a certified Revit Professional and certified Autodesk Professional. As the Director of Technology, he manages over 70 computers in three offices.  He maintains the network and all things technical including the intranet, phone system, printers and all software.  He creates, administers and manages all CAD/BIM standards for the office including writing all the custom programming code for Autocad. Mr. Myers also leads all drafting software training for the firm. In addition to his responsibilities as Systems Administrator, he provides CAD drafting services when needed.


    Marketing Strategy Manager

    Ms. Funk is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating new business development, marketing and public relations at ADG. Her greatest contributions to the firm are strong interpersonal and management skills and along with avid support of the business-community programs. A 20+ years veteran at ADG, she has worked to improve the firm’s business development and communications efforts across all mediums to new clients acquisition to marketing.

    She specializes in storytelling and communication the highest value on project-specific client proposals and multimedia client presentations along with corporate identity materials and niche market brochures. Her responsibilities extend amongst all the products in the creative realm including project photography and construction site signage, as well as the firm’s web site and social media environments.

  • Angie Dickerson

    Registered Interior Designer

    Ms. Dickerson is an interior designer with 16 years of experience providing design services focused around building relationships, creating experiences, and improving efficiencies. Her background includes education, healthcare, corporate, residential, restaurant and hospitality project design work. She believes first impressions are proven to be the most memorable; therefore, she works with each client to develop a vision for their project and then articulates that vision throughout the design process, resulting in a design solution that capitalizes on its unique qualities, creating authentic and truly memorable spaces. Ms. Dickerson holds a Bachelor of Science in Design, Housing, and Merchandising from Oklahoma State University. Her past project design experience has included work for the Oklahoma City Thunder, the National Weather Center and several corporate offices and restaurants, including Mahogany at Century Center and Clarity Coffee both in downtown Oklahoma City


    Registered Interior Designer

    Ms. Kendrix is a registered interior designer and has served with the firm for over 30 years and has an extensive resume of projects including work: for health care clients, office developers, restaurant owners and universities. Ms. Kendrix’s exceptional abilities for working with color and her knowledge of interior finish materials assure projects filled with creative interest, beauty and durability.

    She has designed interiors for Wagner Hall at the University of Oklahoma, Nonna’s Ristorante, St. Anthony Hospital and the Dean McGee Eye Institute. Ms. Kendrix’s brings incredible value through her attention to detail and artistic sensibility to the interiors team. Ms. Kendrix earned her degree in interior design from the University of Oklahoma.


    Registered Interior Designer

    Ms. Errico’s extensive knowledge of interior materials including attributes, drawbacks and maintenance requirements, enables her to meet the needs and wishes of clients in order to create designs that are customized and durable. She exhibits keen attention to detail and constructability in her designs. She is currently working on Rose State College campus renovations and the new Learning Resource Center as well as the Edmond campus location for St. Luke’s United Methodist Church and the continuing campus expansion at Crossings Christian School with their Commons and Performing Arts Building. Ms. Errico earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design from Oklahoma State University and has been a registered interior designer since 2007 and NCIDQ certified since 2002.


    Registered Interior Designer

    Ms. Washeck has produced surveys for multiple projects that focus on traditional and modern interior design spaces. She has extensive experience with reading drawings in order to note structure and existing features that will impact future designs. She has the ability to render complete CAD drawings and Revit models from hand-drawn notes and photos. Her project experience includes mall retail stores, large theaters, libraries and department stores. Ms. Washeck has experience with both historical buildings and new construction. She has worked in the development of large scale revit models.


    Program Management

    Mr. Meek’s diverse knowledge of building codes and construction systems combined with his 19 years of experience in design and construction enable him to wear multiple hats for ADG. He has served as construction administrator on several complex architectural projects, both new construction and renovations. Other roles he has served in include: project management, construction oversight and design.

    Mr. Meek’s attention to detail and thorough organization abilities allow him to strictly adhere to schedules and budget requirements, which in turn often saves the client money and exceeds their expectations. His experience includes: business, retail, healthcare and educational projects.

    In his current role, he is overseeing construction on the Oklahoma City Municipal Courts Building and coordinating construction review on several MAPS 3 projects. He has been a registered architect in Oklahoma for eight years.


    Program Management

    Mr. Lombardo provides program management services to a variety of clients on a wide range of projects. Practicing his core belief that forging solid trustworthy relationships is what truly builds successful projects, he has gained many loyal clients around the country during his 33 years as an architect. His philosophy is that the art of building successful projects involves building strong relationships between team members.

    As a project manager, he has delivered over 100 successful projects to satisfied clients. He previously worked as Program Manager with the Oklahoma Department of Central Services on the American Indian Cultural Center, the Banking Commission Building, the Department of Public Safety and the Department of Wildlife. Current project work includes program management services on the Will Rogers Airport Terminal Expansion and the Norman Forward community improvement program.



    Mr. Sottong is an experienced landscape architect with extensive knowledge in project management and client coordination. Experience includes managing private development projects throughout the United States and in Saudi Arabia. He has managed municipal projects beginning in early design phases that continue through  construction administration to project completion. He is knowledgeable in cost estimation and budget development. Mr. Sottong is also experienced with CD documentation, design development, presentation graphics and detailing of hardscape elements and planting plans.


    Project Architect

    Mr. Breninger’s diverse background allows him to take on many roles in the architectural design process. He has over 10 years of local, national and international project experience. Mr. Breninger’s diverse capabilities have allowed him to serve in roles of client management, project budgeting, coordination of construction administration, time management and project scheduling. He has also worked as a collaborative team member with architects, project managers and in-house engineers on schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration and office management. His specialized experience includes: aerospace, military and high-rise facilities. This experience allows him to effectively navigate complex projects both large and small.

    His recent project experience has included ongoing campus improvements at Rose State College as well as the University of Oklahoma’s Residential Colleges and the new Commons and Kitchen Addition at Mount Saint Mary High School.

  • Jim Outhier

    Mechanical Designer

    Mr. Outhier has over 40 years of HVAC and plumbing design experience, as well as 14 years of experience in managing designers, draftsmen and CAD operators. Having a high level of ethics, he places the client’s requirements and needs above all other concerns. Mr. Outhier is proficient in Autodesk Revit, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MicroStation, Carrier HAP, HCC-V, TRACE 700 and CHVAC.


    Project Architect

    Ms. Knight’s experience includes a variety of projects including healthcare, office buildings, higher education and hospitality. As a proficient user and leader of Revit services within the firm, her ambition and efficiency has made her a valuable team member. She earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma. She is provided design document services using Revit for the Oklahoma City Police Headquarters and Municipal Courts Building as well as the Learning Resources Building at Rose State College. Ms. Knight is a licensed architect.



    Mr. Pendleton is a technically-minded problem solver with an eye for detail. He has an extensive knowledge of materials and constructability, and a passion for creative designs that excel in performance. Project experience over the course of his 10-year career ranges from higher education and religious buildings to improvement projects for the military. He puts his prior experience and knowledge to work to help bring unique solutions to the table on current projects.

    Mr. Pendleton earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma, is a registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects. Current project work includes upgrades at Tinker Air Force Base and the Jenkins Avenue Parking Garage at the University of Oklahoma.



    Ms. Heasley is and architect with several years of experience in architectural design and has acquired skills and experience in planning and coordinating projects both large and small. She is known for excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, which make her a highly valuable team member. She excels in collaborating to create both beautiful and functional design solutions in a variety of architectural genres. Her design experience includes, but is not limited to: residential, multi-family and mixed use projects.

    She is a graduate of Ball State University. Before moving to Oklahoma in 2015, Ms. Heasley worked on several multifamily projects in Virginia. Her most recent accomplishments include leading the document production on two large apartment complexes that are currently under construction: Argon Apartments at Chisholm Creek in Oklahoma City and Terra Apartments at University North Park in Norman.


    Program Management

    Mr. Hill has worked with ADG for nearly 20 years and has construction administration experience ranging from public and private K-12 education to healthcare and multifamily housing. His diverse job-site project experience includes the St. Anthony Medical Office Building, Nonna’s Euro-American Ristorante, Dobson Communications Headquarters and the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City.

    Mr. Hill currently services as a Program Manager for the Norman Public Schools 2014 Bond Issue. He previously provided consultant coordination for the $540 million MAPS for Kids program and the Norman Public Schools 2009 Bond Issue.

    Mr. Hill earned degrees in art and interior design.


    Assoc. AIA
    Program Management

    Mr. Blue has been with ADG since 2006. Having previously provided program management services for the MAPS 3 program, he was familiar with how ADG operates and performs and was a natural fit for our program management team. He currently provides on-site observation services and consultant coordination for the 2014 Norman Public School Bond Issue projects and Terra Apartments at University North Park—both in Norman.

    Mr. Blue brings strong technical drawing skills to the projects he works on. While at ADG, he has served on the project team that put together the drawings for the Oklahoma City Police Headquarters and Municipal Courts buildings and provided BIM/CAD Technician services for various other projects including projects at Ft. Sill Army Post, Tinker Air Force Base and the Oklahoma Military Department.



    Program Management

    Ms. Tabor is a seasoned project manager with diverse experience and a passion for team development and vision-guided results. Her role in ADG’s program management services is enhanced by her experience managing facility projects and engaging in collaborative administration. Her direct involvement in project management has resulted in improved facility operations, increased efficiency and happy clients. She has coordinated multiple capital projects, developed and led successful community engagement campaigns, and has organized and orchestrated the operations of various libraries in diverse communities. She builds positive relationships with government officials, boards, committees, business leaders, and civic groups and values their role in successful projects and programs.

  • Melanie Draper

    Project Management

    Ms. Draper is a forward-thinking and highly accomplished project manager with extensive experience in project design/construction, space planning/analysis, office moves, facility management, vendor/consultant relationships, reporting, financial planning, communications, production scheduling, resource management/allocation and risk mitigation. She brings proven track record of motivating teams toward high performance, overcoming challenges and delivering results. Ms. Draper demonstrates fresh ideas and dedication as a key contributor toward the long-term success of an organization.


    Project Captain

    Ms. Bradford has 21 years of experience including a variety of interior and architectural work on diversified projects, renovation and new construction as well as historic preservation and adaptive re-use projects. Her strong rapport with clients and consultants brings solid project management skills to projects including work for medical office buildings, corporate headquarters, churches and schools.

    She also brings extensive knowledge of storm shelter requirements and is a professional member of the National Storm Shelter Association to design shelter spaces. She is trained by Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management (OEM) to assess schools for the least vulnerable area of refuge for severe wind event. She also volunteers her time to help OEM assess schools across the state.


    Registered Interior Designer

    Ms. Jones excels at using new technology, social trends and industry advancements to serve clients. She is an experienced designer using interior elements such as lighting and workplace design. Ms. Jones’ responsibilities include programming, schematic design, design development and construction documents. Her design tolls include reflected ceiling plans, custom and standard details, and finish and materials selection. She works with clients to guide them through the design process and coordinates with consultants to provide the highest level of project satisfaction. She is actively involved in the design industry through volunteer work with IIDA — serving as the Director of the Oklahoma City Center Chapter in 2015-2016.


    BIM/CAD Technician

    Mr. Fleischer brings a fresh perspective and modern approach to ADG’s engineering team. He is versed in a variety of new technology including AutoCAD LT, Revit, Solidworks, Draftsight and DWG editor. He has the ability to manage 2D and 3D drawings, making him a valuable team member for contemporary design. Mr. Fleishcher excels at working with engineers and other team members to bring quality design to fruition. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Technology degree from Oklahoma State University.

    Recent project experience includes hotel and multifamily projects: the Hyatt Place and AC Hotels in the Bricktown, Terra Apartments at University Northpark in Norman and Argon Apartments at Chisholm Creek in Oklahoma City.


    Interiors, Lighting & Accessibility Design

    Ms. Perkins brings over 12 years of interior design experience to the firm’s capabilities. She exhibits excellence in communicating with clients and conducting thorough QA/QC reviews on each of her projects. Her ability to develop a positive rapport with everyone involved helps the project run smoothly and efficiently.

    Her background includes institutional and corporate clients as well as healthcare facilities. She has been responsible for ADA compliant design, lighting and ceiling design, custom millwork design and detailing and finish selections. Ms. Perkins is a LEED Accredited Professional who shows immense skill in interiors, lighting and thoughtful consideration through accessibility design.




    Ms. Zhang has several years of international experience in architectural and interior design. She has acquired skills and experience in programming and designing both new construction as well as adaptive re-use projects. She excels at collaborating with team members with her problem-solving, design thinking and visualization skills, presenting and translating design intent from concept through successful  execution. Ms. Zhang currently works in ADG’s New York office and has professional experience in the design industry in Hong Kong and Guangzhou, China.


    Mechanical Designer

    Mr. Cossey brings a wide range of knowledge in mechanical design and project types to ADG’s engineering group. He has experience in HVAC design specializing in LEED, refrigeration, hydronic, packaged equipment, VRF/V, central plant, and geothermal systems. His plumbing design experience includes domestic, sanitary/vent, storm, medical gas, natural gas, hazardous waste, indirect waste, grease waste, and lab gas. Mr. Cossey also has experience in construction administration and project management.

    Architectural Intern

    Ms. Fleming has a worldly understanding of cities and housing. Her studies, locally and in Europe, have led her to an interest in urban issues and the role architecture can play in solving them. Her experience includes LEED projects with a specific focus on daylighting and energy assessments. She has created models and zoning for projects in Equest to be used for LEED credit. Other knowledge has been gained from making routine construction site visits, performing post occupancy evaluations and modeling in Revit. Ms. Fleming holds a Master of Architecture Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Studies.



    Mr. Frans is a talented designer at ADG who has experience in programmatic planning, urban design, sustainability and 3D photorealistic renderings. He is focused on delivering high-quality and inspirational projects that bring our client’s visions to reality through the use of creativity, technology and sustainable design solutions. He provides technical oversight and coordination of the project details. Mr. Frans holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in Architecture History.

  • Ryan Sullivan

    Mechanical Designer

    Mr. Sullivan is a mechanical designer with an outstanding work ethic and the ability to juggle mutiple projects at any given time. His extensive knowledge in Revit MEP 2016, AutoCAD and AutoCAD MEP 2016 make him a valuable team member. He has worked on various noteworthy projects, from design through completion, for clients such as the University of Oklahoma, Hertz Corporation and American Airlines.

    Program Management

    Ms. Munroe has spent over 10 years with ADG, serving in a wide range of capabilities including program management, plan review and construction administration. Her excellent communication and organizational skills make her an efficient team leader with great client rapport. She is detail oriented and has a thorough understanding of code issues, which is essential in risk management. Her knowledge of facility codes and changing regulations, as well as her watchful eye, aid in keeping projects on track and on budget.

    She is currently serving the MAPS for Kids team, providing plan review and construction administration services. Other current projects include ongoing projects at Duncan Regional Hospital and the unique golf entertainment venue, Flying Tee, in Jenks, Oklahoma.

  • Robert Vrtis

    BIM/CAD Technician

    Exemplifying the caliber of the ADG BIM/CAD Technician, Mr. Vrtis excels at adaptation and precision. His focus on real-world design and coordination helps smooth the process of fulfilling client requests. His experience in multiple industries, as well as commercial architecture, has made him well prepared to achieve high standards for ADG’s BIM and CAD drawings. Having been involved in developing ADG’s architectural drafting standards, he is a trusted member of the ADG team.

    BIM/CAD Technician

    Ms. Sheppard provides BIM/CAD drafting services for the entire architectural design team. She brings over five years of experience in projects ranging from higher education to healthcare. Her attention to detail and skilled research abilities contribute to her ability to create thorough and clear design documents. Ms. Sheppard is proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Revit. She has contributed to plans for various building types including commercial, residential and educational facilities.

    Ms. Sheppard is committed to being involved in all phases of each project in order to provide quality drawings, maintaining ADG’s high industry standards for communication through drawings and specifications. Her recent project experience includes the NorthCare Adult Services Building and two new hotels, the AC Marriott and Hyatt Place in Bricktown.


    Program Management

    Mr. Marsh has over 35 years of experience in drafting design and over 20 years in construction administration. His project experience includes work on education, retail, municipal, military and industrial projects. His program management experience includes construction management and site inspections, submittal reviews, field investigations and cost estimating. This experience has given Mr. Marsh confidence to hold others accountable for their work, has helped him develop an excellent eye for detail and shown him what it takes to carry a project through to its successful completion.

    Mr. Marsh is currently working on the Norman Public Schools 2014 Bond Issue. He recently assisted with new sidewalks that were part of the MAPS 3 Program. Previous experience include multiple projects at the University of Oklahoma Campus in Norman.

    Mr. Phillips is an experienced draftsman whose responsibilities have included producing as-built drawings for projects, compiling operation and maintenance manuals from specifications and creating and distributing submittal data. He has also managed budgets, timeline and created shop drawings for the production of various custom architectural products ranging from metal wall panels to sculptural installations. Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Design from the University of Oklahoma. He is experienced with Revit workflow.

    Mr. Phillips is an Associate Member of the American Illumination Society (Emerging Professional). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Oklahoma. Recent project experience has included two new hotels, the AC Hotel and Hyatt Place, both in Bricktown, as well as the due diligence phase of the renovation of Downtown Oklahoma City’s iconic First National Center.


    Marketing Manager

    Ms. Fisher has been a member of ADG’s business development team since joining the firm in 2008. She maintains and updates resumes for ADG employees and creates and updates project sheets for ADG’s portfolio and web site. She coordinates attendance at community events and tradeshows, manages the marketing calendar, distributes promotional materials and compiles materials for proposals.

    Ms. Fisher also supports the firm’s program management effort. Her experience has included coordinating community meetings and documenting public input for the Oklahoma City MAPS for Kids program. She has also been responsible for maintaining public monthly reports and newsletters for the MAPS for Kids program, the Oklahoma City Public Schools 2007 Bond program and the Norman Public Schools 2009 Bond program.

    Program Management

    Mr. Hohweiler’s construction administration experience ranges from K-12 education to large public improvement projects. He is currently the Program Manager for the MAPS 3 Expo Hall at Oklahoma City’s State Fair Park and the technology improvements that are part of Norman Public Schools’ 2014 Bond Issue. He recently completed construction review and oversight on the MAPS 3 Riversports white water center. He previously provided consultant coordination for $109 million 2009 bond issue program for Norman Schools.

    Mr. Hohweiler has 14 years of industry experience and has worked at ADG since 2011. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects.

    BIM Manager

    Mr. Tice is detail-oriented with a strong educational background in Computer Aided Drafting, supported with construction administration and professional work experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. Software skills include Revit 2009-2015, Sketchup, Inventor, Masterspec, CAD and Architectural Desktop. He brings over 7 years of applied experience using design techniques and producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.

    Mr. Tice also has construction administration and civil engineering experience. His ability to integrate his knowledge of advanced technology and hands-on construction experience provides added value to ADG’s design teams and client projects.

    Construction Specifier

    Ms. Johnson brings over 34 years of expertise in construction specification to ADG. As a professional certified construction specifier, she is accomplished in all phases of writing and editing architectural specifications, including coordinating materials with architects, engineers and consultants to produce project manuals within strict deadlines.

    Ms. Johnson has developed an expertise as a construction specifier working on some of Central Oklahoma’s most prominent projects, including the expansion of the Will Rogers Airport, the Murrah Building Memorial Museum and the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Norman.

    Ms. Johnson has a passion for seeing that specifications are an integral part of project communication by making them easy to understand and organized by industry standards. She has committed many hours to increasing awareness and sharing resources through The Construction Specifications Institute, serving in leadership positions for CSI’s Oklahoma City Chapter since 1994.

    Architectural Intern

    Mr. Freeman joined the ADG staff since 2015 and is a graduate of Oklahoma State University’s School of Architecture. He recently achieved his LEED Green Associate accreditation, as well as being an associate member of the American Institute of Architects. He is proficient in Revit, making him a valuable asset to the ADG team. Mr. Freeman’s design experience has resulted in work in religious, residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed-used developments. Recent design team work included the OU Residential Colleges, the Learning Resources Center at Rose College and several projects on the Crossing Christian School campus.


  • Matt Trowbridge

    Engineering Intern

    Mr. Trowbridge has a diverse background in civil engineering. He has been involved in every step of projects, from surveying through construction, which has given him a diverse view of projects. Previous project experience includes private residential and commercial developments, design of utilities for municipalities and commercial swimming pools. Mr. Trowbridge is pursuing a master’s in civil engineering with an emphasis on construction.



    Mr. Thompson brings eight years of drafting and design experience in all areas of civil engineering to ADG. His experience allows him to take projects from start to finish with a high level of quality and detail for construction plans. He has worked in various areas including commercial, municipal, residential single | multi family, and airport projects. He excels at working closely with engineers to develop and complete projects with consistent submittal times. He is proficient in Autocad, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Infraworks.

    Mr. Thompson, who is currently assisting the design team for the First National Center Renovation and parking garage, has worked on multiple projects for the Oklahoma State Department of Transportation.


    Program Management

    Mr. Jarvis has had the unique opportunities to lead ADG’s through some of its most successful program management projects. His skillful and thorough review of each project during every phase of design and construction makes him an asset to the ADG team and more importantly, the client. Mr. Jarvis brings over eight years of professional experience in construction administration and four years of experience working for contractors. A huge key to his success in program management has been guided by his previous work as a Project Manager, Estimator and Office Engineer. He currently provides plan/specification review and contract administration services for the Oklahoma City MAPS for Kids program and the Oklahoma City Public Schools 2007 Bond Issue projects. He is also responsible for coordinating delivery and installation of all new furniture for the program.


  • William N. Harrell

    Program Management

    Mr. Harrell provides program management services to clients on a wide range of projects. He has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of project planning and construction administration, serving as the owner’s point of contact on such noteworthy projects as the $180 million American Indian Cultural Center and Museum, the $40 million Oklahoma State Finance Data Center and several military readiness centers. He has overseen all aspects of construction projects from consultant selections and master planning through construction drawing review and quality assurance.

  • Emma Williams

    Marketing Graphic Designer

    Ms. Williams is a recent graphic design graduate from Oklahoma Baptist University. She is proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and InDesign. Ms. Williams has extensive experience working as a freelance photographer, particularly for portraits, landscapes and architecture. Along with her ability to verbally communicate design effectively, Ms. Williams has excellent problem solving skills and is capable of implementing different design strategies based off of the needs and requests of the client.



    Mr. Jenkins joined ADG in 2016 to assist with office technology, including phones, printers, computer systems and software. He helps the Director of Technology manage 75+ computers in three offices. He is also in charge of troubleshooting whenever someone has an issue with hardware or software so that they can get  back up and running as quickly as possible. He has experience with AutoCAD2012 – 2017 and the latest edition of Revit.


    Project Coordinator

    Ms. Winston serves as Project Assistant for ADG’s special projects. She is responsible for the administrative management of several ongoing projects, including the due diligence phase of the renovation of the historic First National Center. Her responsibilities rang from  research and communications to data analysis. Throughout the life of a project, she assists with all aspects of project communication: team communication, consultant deliverables, project scheduling, community outreach and coordination with government agencies.

    Ms. Winston brings over 18 years of experience to ADG working in administrative positions for architectural firms in Central Oklahoma where she has developed and excelled at client relations and project coordination.



    Finance and Human Resources Administrator

    Diverse in many functions of the firm’s operations, Ms. Marshall wears several hats for ADG as Finance and Human Resources Administrator. She plays a key role in finances, human resources and employee relations within the firm. Her primary responsibilities include budgeting, billings, payroll assistance, timesheets and accounts payable/receivable. She also generates reports for some of the firm’s biggest projects, helping to keep them running on time and within budget.

    Ms. Marshall prides herself on coordinating volunteer and outreach events for the firm, and the planning and organizing of internal company events in order to maintain a healthy work environment and employee morale. She earned her Associates Degree in Business from Rose State College.

  • Cheryl Stewart

    Administrative Assistant

    Ms. Stewart’s responsibilities include call coordinator, reception desk, daily mail and shipping, supply clerk, events, luncheon and meetings coordinator, assist accounts payable and receivable, assist with billings and invoicing, assist marketing with project data entry, staff transportation, file management and storage, as well as transcribing AIA documents for our Project Managers, Principals and Partners. She has dedicated over 5 years of her career to the administration field and enjoys working with our talented staff in fulfilling our mission and vision as an architectural firm in our community and beyond!
