Ft. Sill Barracks Renovations

The design/build upgrade project at Ft. Sill consisted of design services to renovate four existing barracks encompassing 200,000 square feet. Work in each building included complete interior demolition and construction of 617 new soldiers quarters. Due to the historical significance of the buildings, exterior work was kept to a minimum. Interior renovation provided the opportunity for building code updates, as well as electrical and HVAC upgrades.
