ADG designed a 44-unit assisted living center as an addition to an existing retirement community. The new two-story building has four residential wings featuring studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Administrative spaces, a warming kitchen, and common areas for dining and gathering surround the central entry on the northwest. A sun porch looks out over a neighboring community park.
