Oklahoma City, OK, September, 2017 — ADG, PC, an Oklahoma City-based design, planning and program management services firm, hired three new employees to strengthen the firm’s engineering services.

Mark Nickel was hired as an electrical engineer. He is responsible for designing electrical systems and working closely with clients, utility companies, manufacturers and electrical contractors so that each party has the necessary resources to complete projects on schedule while also meeting National Electric Code design standards. He is a registered professional engineer in Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University. His projects include the First National Center Renovation, the AC Bricktown Hotel and Hyatt Place Bricktown Hotel ­– all in Oklahoma City.

Chris Cossey joined the team as a mechanical designer and brings a wide range of project experience to the team. He has experience in HVAC design specializing in LEED, refrigeration, hydronic, packaged equipment, VRF/V, central plant, and geothermal systems. His past projects include Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City, Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City and various projects at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems/Ethics from Mid-American Christian University. Mr. Cossey is also a member of the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

ADG hired Robert Vrtis as a BIM/CAD technician. He has experience in multiple industries, as well as commercial
architecture, which has made him well prepared to achieve high standards for ADG’s BIM and CAD drawings. Mr. Vrtis has been employed at ADG previously, helping to develop the firm’s architectural drafting standards and is a trusted member of the ADG team. His recent project experience includes the First National Center renovation, Marriott Renaissance Hotel and the Will Rogers World Airport Terminal Building renovations, all in Oklahoma City. He holds an Associate of Science from Oklahoma City Community College and CAD certification from Francis Tuttle Technology Center.
