Oklahoma City, OK, October 26, 2016 — ADG, PC, an Oklahoma City-based design, planning and program management services firm, recently added two new members to its staff.
Ashley Bechtold was hired as ADG’s receptionist and administrative assistant. Her friendliness, helpfulness and diligence make her a valuable asset as the face of the company. Her well-rounded skills allow her to assist the Director of Finance and Administration with payroll, invoicing and contract administration. With thorough attention to detail, she has taken on many other responsibilities within the firm, including tracking important information for project managers and assisting the program management group with project administration. Ms. Bechtold also plays a large role in internal firm event planning and employee relations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Oklahoma City University.
Carolyn Winston serves as Project Coordinator for ADG’s special projects. She is responsible for the administrative management, research, communications and data analysis of several ongoing projects. Throughout the life of a project, she assists with all aspects of project communication, consultant deliverables, project scheduling, community outreach and coordination with government agencies. She also assists the Business Development team with event scheduling and other tasks. Ms. Winston has spent the past 18 years working in administrative positions for architectural firms in Central Oklahoma where she has excelled at client relations and project coordination.
